All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time—such as in the event of product unavailability, technical issues, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Order Process & Acceptance

  1. Order Submission: Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Review & Acceptance: We’ll notify you if any item is out of stock or if customization isn’t feasible.
  3. Payment: Orders are accepted only after successful payment (for example, via our payment gateway).
  4. Production & Cancellation: Custom products—like personalized clothing—cannot be canceled or refunded once printing has begun. Standard products may be canceled as per our Cancellation Policy.
  5. Proofs & Approvals: If you request a print proof, we’ll proceed with production only once you approve it via email.

5. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

  • You warrant that any content, artwork, images, or text you submit:
    • Is owned by you or you have permission to use it;
    • Does not infringe on any third-party rights, including trademark, copyright, privacy, or any applicable law.
  • User Responsibility: You indemnify Ink It Plus against any claims, losses, or damages arising from content that infringes third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print any content deemed unlawful or inappropriate.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details.
  • You are responsible for any additional fees (e.g., custom duties, service charges, or shipping surcharges).

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to ship your order within the estimated timeframe indicated at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may be impacted by stock availability, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
  • Delivery Issues: Please contact us immediately regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Customized Items: Once production begins, cancellation is not possible, and returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If there is an error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We may offer a reprint, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
  • Approval-Based Prints: If you provided explicit approval through a proof, we are not liable for print errors consistent with the approved proof.
  • Return shipping costs typically fall on the customer unless the issue is a confirmed company error.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink It Plus and its associates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, promotional materials, design templates, and text on the Website are owned by or licensed to Ink It Plus and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not modify, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
